Hi all, This week’s recipe is an easy to cook yet very tasty – Mango Chutney. This is a treat to all mango lovers. This can be combined with rice or chapati. Let’s have a look at the recipe. Cooking time – 15 to 20 minutes Ingredients Mango – 2 Gingely oil – 50 gms Mustard Chilli powder – 2 to 3 tsp Turmeric Powder – ¼ tsp Ginger & garlic paste – 2 tsp Asafoetida – 1 pinch Salt Scraped jaggery Method of Preparation
